OUR COMMUNITY

Visit our pleasant community. We have three condominium marinas, AYC, Bayside and Sager Creek. You are sure to find a home there for your boat. All marinas are a short distance from the Saginaw Bay and close to some of the best perch and walleye fishing in the state. We are also within 20 miles (by water) of Bay City, Caseville, and Tawas. Harrisville and Port Austin are just a little further, all within a days journey, power or sail.

If you are looking for something more permanant there are one and two bedroom condos available as well as lots on the river where you could build your dream home.

We are also fortunate in having "our own" gas dock and marine store owned and operated by long time friends, Lori and Scott Walker with the able assistance of Renee Torella. Scott also owns and operates Bayside Storage with haul out facilities and four indoor storage barns.
